Delivery Policy - ASAB Online Wholesale Store
At ASAB Online Wholesale Store, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services for your convenience. Please take note of our delivery policy outlined below:
Delivery Charges and Surcharges: The delivery charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the goods you order. Some products may incur additional surcharges, which will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Outer Regions and Offshore Islands: Certain areas in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may require increased delivery costs. You can find a list of postcodes associated with these regions on our "Delivery and Postage Price" page on our website.
Next Day Delivery and Time Slots: Next day delivery is available for mainland UK only. Please note that our carriers operate until 5 pm, and specific time slots cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend ordering goods well in advance of project start dates to avoid any inconvenience.
Delivery Address: The goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order placement process. For Pro-forma customers paying via credit/debit card, the delivery will be made to the registered cardholder's UK address only.
Signing for Goods: Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge receipt. For carton deliveries, we expect you to count and verify the number of cartons received. In the case of pallets, please ensure a thorough check before signing.
Order Processing and Availability: Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day will be processed on the same day, provided payment is cleared, and all ordered goods are available. Delivery will be in line with your selected delivery option.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails on two attempts, the order will be returned to us. To arrange redelivery, you will incur the cost of the delivery charge again.
Delivery Timeframes: We endeavor to deliver goods promptly after order acceptance. In the event of any delay, we will promptly inform you.
Working Days: Please note that all timescales mentioned refer to working days.
