Non-Receipt of Items:

If you haven't received your order within 7 days from the estimated delivery date, please inform us immediately. We will conduct a thorough investigation with our carriers and internally, which may take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete. Please note that we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries beyond this 7-day period.

Royal Mail Delivery Delays:

While most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days of dispatch, Royal Mail/Hermes requires 15 working days to consider a parcel as lost. During this time, we kindly request your patience as we allow Royal Mail to fulfill their delivery responsibility. If you still haven't received your order by the 15th working day, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter further.

Items Damaged in Transit:

If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). We recommend signing the carrier's delivery note accordingly if the damage is visible upon receipt. Please return the damaged items in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the items at our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.

Products Dead on Arrival:

If your item(s) are faulty upon arrival, kindly notify us within 3 working days. Return the faulty items in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. After verifying the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via [contact information] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the return label.
  3. Ship the item(s) to our designated address, which will be provided along with the RMA number.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your request promptly.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within the specified time frames mentioned above.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
